Refresh Services is a company dedicated to keeping biodegradable materials out of landfills and recycling locally in way that makes a real difference to our community. We do this using a new technology called In-Vessel Composting.
Food that would've been thrown away by restaurants, grocery stores and schools, along with cardboard, paper and almost anything else that's biodegradable can be recycled in one of our in-vessel composting units.
Compost in only five days
Recyclable material goes into the machine, and just five days later we get rich, healthy compost that can be used in landscaping, farming, wetlands reclamation, erosion control and more.

Biodegradable materials that are buried in landfills are broken down by anaerobic bacteria. That means that methane, rather than carbon dioxide, is released into the atmosphere.
